For any shipping enquiries, please contact Perlegos Family Wine Co. by email at info.perlegoswines.com. 

All orders are securely packaged and shipped using authorized shipping carriers such as FedEx, UPS and/or GSO (where available). Please note, In winter and summer seasons, weather conditions may extend delivery times and can lead to wine spoilage. Opting for expedited delivery options should be considered to safeguard your investment, even though it may entail additional costs.

When your order is processed and ready for shipping, notification with tracking details will be sent by email. Generally, orders will be expeditiously prepared and shipped after your order is received. However, in effort to protect your wine, please be aware that your order may be held for ideal weather and shipping conditions.

As direct-shipping laws and regulations are continually change, the list of states to which we can ship may change without prior notice. All wines are sold in the State of California, and the title is transferred to the buyer where sold. We will arrange all wine shipments to the buyer's specified address on their behalf, provided that we determine, at our sole discretion, that such a shipment will not expose us to any legal action or other harm. If it is determined the buyer resides in a state where the direct shipment of wine may be deemed illegal, we will advise the buyer to explore alternative shipping options. These options may include providing an alternative shipping option.

Returns

At Perlegos Family wine Co, we are committed to customer satisfaction, while striving to offer the finest products and customer service. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your order, please reach out to us within seven days of the order date, and we will do our utmost to address your concerns promptly. All wines sold are warehoused and maintained at optimal storing conditions.   

We take great care to maintain the wine inventory in optimal storing conditions. However, once the wine has been picked up by or delivered to the shipping company, we cannot be held accountable for any inappropriate storage that may occur thereafter. As a result, upon shipping and change of title, it becomes your responsibility. We regret to inform you that we cannot replace wines that have been damaged due to severe weather conditions during transportation. We are also unable to accept returns for wines that do not align with personal preferences, wines that have been negatively impacted by improper customer storage, or wines that have been damaged while in your possession due to any other adverse condition.

In the event a return of wine is required, we will reimburse your credit card for the cost of the wine, minus shipping, and handling fees.
